You can also pay by bank deposit or transfer. To do so, please visit our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or WhatsApp.
2.- How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Made-to-order shoes take approximately 1-3 weeks to be ready after payment. In-stock shoes ship immediately every business day.
Shipping is via FEDEX or Estafeta, and takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive.
Shipping may be affected by factors such as:
-High season (package saturation),
-Natural disasters.
-Packet inspection
-Holidays and weekends.
-Theft of a parcel unit.
3.- How much does shipping cost?
Domestic shipping is free on purchases over $2000mxn, while international shipping costs $45usd.
4.- If my shipment is delayed, what should I do?
If your shipment has taken more than 5 business days, the first step is to contact the carrier using the phone numbers provided on their website. (Remember that the carrier is closed on holidays.)

5.- Can returns be made?
We're sorry, but we can't issue refunds due to shipping, packaging, and handling charges. However, we do offer product exchanges or credit.

7.- Are the shoes made of genuine leather?
All our leathers are authentic. We work with certified tanneries, using lead-free processes.
