By purchasing you agree that you have read and agree to our policies.

Orders cannot be cancelled.

When will I receive my order?

It takes us between 1-3 weeks to produce your order, after which it must be picked up by your chosen carrier. Shipping time depends on your location, but you can estimate it as follows:

Standard domestic shipping 3-5 business days, express shipping 1-3 business days.

Delivery times are the responsibility of the courier companies and any situation should be resolved with them since we are different companies and have no power over third-party companies.

It is important to base your choice on the sense of urgency with which you require your order.

Where is my order shipped from?

Your order will be shipped from León, Guanajuato, using the shipping carrier you select at checkout.

My order should have arrived by now, but I haven't received it yet. What should I do?

Before contacting us, please help us by following these steps:

Check your confirmation email to make sure there are no errors in the shipping address.

Ask about your order at your local post office.

Ask your neighbors if the carrier left your package with them.

TIP: If you won't be home on delivery day, use your work address or wherever you'll be.

If the address is correct and the package is not at the post office or with your neighbors, please contact us at sales@gaman.com.mx with your order number.

If there's a problem with your shipping address, we can reship your product, but you'll be responsible for the costs.

Pro tip: Your zip code and neighborhood are a crucial part of your address. Make sure you enter them correctly.

How do I track my order?

If your shipping method includes tracking, you'll receive a link via email or DM when your order ships. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us at sales@gaman.com.mx.

I received a damaged or defective product. What should I do?

If your product has arrived damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Can I exchange a product for a different size or color?

If you have to exchange cowhide items for a different size, you'll only have to pay the shipping costs and wait for the production time.

WE DO NOT HANDLE EXCHANGES ON EXOTIC LEATHER FOOTWEAR. Please verify your size.

WE DO NOT HANDLE RETURNS. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase. If you are unsure of your size, you can order a cowhide model to verify your size, then purchase an exotic leather model. You can contact us with any questions you may have.

You have 15 days to exchange your package after receiving it.

My order is lost, it has not arrived or it is delayed.

GAMAN SHOES does not offer parcel service. Any incident or delay will be the responsibility of the parcel service you chose at the time of purchase, and you must file any claim with them. The customer service numbers for each parcel service are on their respective websites. We also support you via WhatsApp or email, but it is important to contact the parcel service first.
