When will I receive my order?
It takes us between 1-3 weeks to produce your order, after which it will need to be collected by the selected courier. Shipping time depends on your location, but you can estimate it as follows:
Standard domestic shipping 3-5 business days, express shipping 1-3 business days.
Delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping companies and any issues should be resolved with them, as we are separate companies and have no control over third-party companies.
It is important to base your choice according to the sense of urgency with which you require your order.
Where is my order shipped from?
Your order is shipped from León, Guanajuato, with the shipping company you choose at the time of payment.
My order should have arrived by now, but I haven't received it yet. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please help us by following these steps:
ā Check your confirmation email to make sure there are no errors in the shipping address.
ā Ask about your order at your local post office.
ā Ask your neighbors if the delivery person left your package with them.
TIP: If you won't be home on the delivery day, use your work address or where you will be.
If the address is correct and the package is not at the post office or with your neighbors, please contact us at sales@gaman.com.mxĀ with your order number.
If there is a problem with your shipping address, we can resend your product, but you will have to cover the costs.
Pro tip: Your postal code and neighborhood are crucial parts of your address. Make sure you enter them correctly.

How do I track my order?

I received a damaged or defective product. What should I do?
If your product arrived damaged or has factory defects, please contact us so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Can I exchange a product for a different size or color?
If we have exchanges for different sizes, you will only need to cover the shipping costs and wait for the production time.
The only condition to validate your exchange is that you have asked us via message for advice on what size to order by sending us your measurements.
There are no changes to items customized with letters or soles.
We do not offer exchanges on Niloticus leather footwear. Please verify your size.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. Please consider this when making your purchase. If you are unsure of your size, you can order a sample in cowhide to verify your size before purchasing one in exotic leather. You can contact us if you have any questions.
You have 15 days for exchanges after you have received your package.
My order is lost, it hasn't arrived, or it's delayed.
GAMAN SHOES does not offer shipping services. Any incidents or delays will be the responsibility of the shipping company you selected at the time of purchase, and you must file any claims with them.
